Staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant closes officially at 21.30, but after a telephone call they served a full diner after 22.00, without any pressure to hurry! Excellent!

The rate was what drew us in. The hotel is very close to the spa park.
Our room was incredibly foul smelling. We aired it out all afternoon hoping the smell would be gone by the time we returned at night, but it was still there. We asked the front desk if we could switch rooms but there were no rooms left and so we tried to find another hotel but they were booked as well.

The bathroom was smelling of chloride.
